To cancel your subscription or free trial:
Where you cancel depends on where you signed up. If you're not sure, check your phone's app subscriptions - if Mob isn't listed there, you signed up on the website.
⚠️ Please note: Mob is not able to cancel a subscription created via Apple App or Google Play stores.
Important timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal or trial end date to avoid charges. You'll retain access to Mob until the end of your current billing period.
💻 If you signed up on the Mob website:
Open your browser on any device:
Head to www.mob.co.uk/account
Log in if you're not signed-in
Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription
Follow the steps to cancel - ensure you reach the final 'confirmation' screen to confirm you have cancelled
If the Cancel button is missing or greyed out:
You may have subscribed through the app instead (see instructions below), or have an outstanding payment.
How do I know the subscription has been cancelled?
Your account will look like this once the cancellation has gone through:
You'll also receive a confirmation email once your subscription is cancelled. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or junk - your personal inbox filters may send it there instead of your main inbox.
📱 If you signed up on the app:
For iOS devices:
Open the Apple App Store (or Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions)
Find your subscriptions
Select Mob
Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: Apple doesn't send a confirmation email. To check your subscription has been cancelled correctly, confirm it shows an expiration date rather than a renewal date in your Subscriptions.

For Android devices:
Open Google Play Store (or Settings > Google > Manage your Google account > Payments and subscriptions)
Find your subscriptions
Select Mob
Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: Google usually sends a confirmation email to your Google account address - check spam/junk if it doesn't arrive. You can also check instantly under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
