1. Tap ‘Forgot password’ on the your Mob login screen.
2. Enter the email address you used to sign-up to Mob, and click 'Reset Password'.

3. Check your email inbox (and spam folder). If your mob account is registered to the email address you entered, you will receive an email explaining how to reset your password. Follow these instructions:
If you haven't received an email within 2h, it's likely you entered the wrong email and so we recommend contacting us so we can help you identify the email associated with your Mob account.
