Understand your access when you cancel

How long you'll keep access to Mob Premium after cancelling, and what you lose once your billing period ends.

You keep full access until your billing period ends

Cancelling doesn't cut off your access right away. You'll keep full access to Mob Premium until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel today but your renewal date is next month, you have access until then.

After that date, you won't be charged again and your subscription won't renew.

When does your access end?

It depends on your plan:

  • Monthly plan: You keep access until the same date next month (e.g. cancel on 5 March, access ends 5 April).

  • Annual plan: You keep access until the same date next year from when you last paid.

Check your renewal date: Go to Payments & Invoices on the Mob website, or check your App Store / Google Play subscriptions if you signed up via the app.

What do you lose when access ends?

Once your billing period ends, you will lose access to:

  • Mob Premium recipes

  • Your shopping list

  • Any saved recipes

Your account itself stays active - you won't lose your login details so you can restart/activated your Mob subscription at any point in the future.

Can you re-subscribe later?

Yes, follow these instructions to reactivate your Mob subscription.

Important: Free trials are only available to first-time Mob users. If you've had a trial before, you'll be charged immediately when you re-subscribe.
