What happens to my access when I cancel?

What to expect after you cancel your Mob Premium subscription.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't cut off your access straight away. You'll keep full access to Mob Premium until the end of your current billing period — so if you cancel today but your renewal date isn't until next month, you've got until then.

You won't be charged again after that date, and your subscription won't renew.

What does "end of billing period" mean?

It depends on your plan:

  • Monthly plan — you keep access until the same date next month (e.g. cancel on 5 March, access ends 5 April)

  • Annual plan — you keep access until the same date next year from when you last paid

You can check your next renewal date in Payments & Invoices on the Mob website, or in your App Store / Google Play subscriptions if you signed up via the app.

What do I lose when my access ends?

Once your billing period ends, you'll revert to a free account. This means:

  • No access to Premium-exclusive recipes

  • No meal planner or shopping list

  • Saved recipes will no longer be accessible

Your account itself stays active — you won't lose your login details.

Can I re-subscribe later?

Absolutely! You can sign back up at any time at www.mob.co.uk or via the app. Please note that free trials are only available to first-time Mob users, so if you've had one before you'll be charged immediately on signing up.

I cancelled but I've already lost access — what's happened?

This can occasionally happen if there's an account sync issue. Try logging out and back in first — this usually restores access for the rest of your billing period. If it doesn't, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll take a look.
