Find your subscription in the App Store or Google Play Store

How to find your Mob subscription if it's not appearing in your app store account, and what to do if you signed up on the website instead.

Most likely: you signed up on the website

If you can't find your Mob subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, the most common reason is that you signed up on the Mob website instead of through the app. Website subscriptions are managed through your Mob account, not through Apple or Google.

Check where you signed up: Look at your App Store or Google Play purchase history. If there's no Mob charge there, you're a website subscriber.

To manage a website subscription: Log in at www.mob.co.uk/account and scroll down to Cancel Subscription.

I'm sure I signed up via the app

If you definitely subscribed through the app but can't see it, check these common issues:

1. You used Apple's Hide My Email (Private Relay):

When you sign in with Apple using "Hide My Email", Apple creates a unique private relay email address for your account. Your Mob subscription is linked to that address, not your regular Apple ID email.

More info on how to find your private relay email here.

2. You're logged into a different Apple ID or Google account

Make sure the Apple ID or Google account on your device matches the one you used to subscribe. If you've recently changed devices or accounts, switch to the correct one.

3. The subscription is under a different email address

If you've signed up more than once or used different login methods, the subscription may be linked to a different account. Check your emails for Mob receipts to see which address was charged.
