My subscription isn't showing in the App Store or Google Play Store

What to do if you can't find your Mob subscription in your Apple or Google account.

If you're trying to cancel or manage your subscription and can't find it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, the most common reason is that you actually signed up on the Mob website, not via the app — in which case your subscription is managed through your Mob account directly, not through Apple or Google.

How to check where you signed up

The easiest way is to check your App Store or Google Play purchase history - if there's no Mob charge there, you're a website subscriber.


If you signed up on the website, you can manage your subscription by logging in at www.mob.co.uk/account and scrolling down to Cancel Subscription.

I definitely signed up via the app, but I still can't see it

This is usually caused by one of the following:

You signed up using Apple's Hide My Email (Private Relay) When you sign in with Apple and use the "Hide My Email" option, Apple creates a unique private relay email address for your account — this is the email your Mob subscription is linked to, not your regular Apple ID email.

To find it:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple

  2. Find Mob in the list and tap it — your private relay email will be shown there

  3. Use that email to log in to the Mob app

You're logged into a different Apple ID or Google account on this device Make sure the Apple ID or Google account on your device matches the one you used to subscribe. If you've recently changed devices or accounts, you may need to switch.

The subscription is under a different email address If you've signed up more than once or used different login methods, the subscription may be under a different account. Check your emails for any Mob receipts to confirm which address was charged.
