Redeeming a gift subscription
If someone has gifted you a Mob Premium subscription, you'll receive a unique code to redeem. Here's how to use it:
Head to www.mob.co.uk and log in or create a free account if you don't have one already
Go to Account Settings
Enter your gift code in the Redeem a code field and confirm
Once redeemed, your Premium access will be activated straight away.
I already have an active subscription — can I still redeem a gift code?
No - it's not currently possible to add a gift subscription to an active subscription on the website. You'll either need to cancel your subscription and re-buy using the code, or get in touch with us at [email protected] and the team can add it for you.
Redeeming a promo code
Promo codes work in the same way as gift codes, and they can only be used on the website — they can't be applied via the app.
⚠ Each code can only be redeemed once and is non-transferable.
My code isn't working — what should I do?
A few things to check first:
Make sure you're entering the code exactly as it appears — codes are case-sensitive
Check the code hasn't already been redeemed (you'll see an error message if it has)
Make sure you're redeeming it on the website, not the app
If you've checked all of the above and it's still not working, email us at [email protected] with the code and as much detail as you can. We'll look into it and, where possible, arrange a replacement.
