My saved recipes have disappeared
Recipes you've liked and saved should sync across the web and app as long as you're logged into the same account. If they're not showing:
Make sure you're logged in — saved recipes aren't visible when you're browsing as a guest
Update the Mob app to the latest version
Log out and back in — this refreshes your account and usually restores saved content
Check you're using the same login method on all devices (e.g. if you signed up with Apple on your phone, use Apple sign-in on the website too)
If your recipes are still missing after trying the above, please get in touch at [email protected] and include a screenshot of what you're seeing — it helps us investigate much faster.
My shopping list isn't updating
If items you've added to your shopping list aren't appearing, or the list looks out of date:
Update the app and log out and back in — this is the fix for most shopping list issues
Check you're on the latest version of the app
We're aware that some users experience ongoing issues with shopping list sync — if updating and logging out doesn't resolve it for you, please reach out so we can look into your account specifically.
Recipes added to my meal plan on the website aren't showing in the app
Meal plan sync between web and app is something we're actively working on — for now, you'll need to add recipes to your meal plan and shopping list separately on web and app. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for bearing with us while we improve this!
My saved recipe collections were deleted
If your collections have disappeared unexpectedly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at [email protected] with as much detail as you can — when you last saw them, what device you were using, and a description of what happened. Unfortunately we aren't always able to restore lost data, but we'll do everything we can to help.
