Some users will now be able to see the option to refer a friend to Mob on the discover page and account manager in the app.
If this option is available to you, you’ll see the following orange icons/options in your app:
How to use the feature
Open the app, go to profile, tap "Invite friends, give them 15% off".
See an explainer screen, then tap through to share.
A unique link is generated with a personal promo code
You can then share the code with the person you want to refer using WhatsApp, message, email, copy link, etc.
What does the person that I refer get?
The person you refer gets 15% off when they start their Mob subscription via the link.
This discount is only applicable to annual subscriptions.
When and how it's redeemed
The person you refer will see the discount upon signing up using your link.
The code is one-time use, and applied automatically when the referee follows the link and starts their trial/subscription. Codes can't be reused or typed into the app.
You can refer up to 10 friends per month.
