How do I reactivate my trial if I've set it to cancel?

Instructions on how to reactivate your trial period if you've set it to cancel and change your mind, or if your trial has ended and you want to upgrade to a full Mob subscription.

When you start a trial with Mob, you get full access to the app for the entire trial period, whether or not you've cancelled during that time. Cancelling just means your trial won't automatically turn into a paid subscription when it ends. It doesn't add or remove any trial days, your trial always runs from the day you started it.

⚠️ If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: the below instructions won't work. You’ll need to manage your subscription from your app store account instead. We can't reactivate app-based subscriptions from our side. If you run into any trouble, please contact your app store provider directly.

1/ If you selected Cancel Trial and now want to continue using Mob:

You can select "Reactivate Trial" any time before your trial ends. Your first subscription payment will be taken when your trial ends, and you'll continue to have access to our delicious recipes, and any shopping lists you've created.

To reactivate:

  1. Log in to your Mob account at www.mob.co.uk/account

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Select the green Reactivate Trial button

2/ If your trial has already ended and you now want to continue using Mob:

Simply select ‘Upgrade’ to start your Mob subscription.
