How cancelling a trial works
Cancelling your trial just means it won't automatically turn into a paid subscription when it ends. It doesn't remove any trial days - your trial always runs from the day you started it, and you keep full access for the entire period. See more info on this here.
Important: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must manage your subscription through your app store account. We can't reactivate app subscriptions on our side. Contact your app store provider if you need help.
You cancelled your trial but have changed your mind:
If you cancelled during your trial period, you can reactivate it anytime before the trial ends. When your trial ends, your first payment will be taken and your subscription begins.
To reactivate:
Log in at www.mob.co.uk/account
Go to Account Settings
Select the green "Reactivate Trial" button
Your trial has ended and you now want to subscribe
If your trial already ended, you can upgrade to a paid subscription anytime.
To upgrade:
Log in at www.mob.co.uk/account
Go to Account Settings
Select "Upgrade to Premium"
Complete your payment
You'll have immediate access to Mob Premium.
