Promo codes work the same way as gift codes. They can only be used on the website - not on the app.
⚠️ Each code can only be redeemed once and is non-transferable.
Your code isn't working:
Check these things first:
Make sure you're entering it exactly as shown - codes are case-sensitive
Check if it's already been redeemed - you'll see an error message if it has
Make sure you're using the website - codes can't be applied via the app.

Already have a subscription or free trial?
Promo and gift codes can only be applied when you first sign up - there's no separate "redeem code" option in your account settings afterward.
