We aim to respond to all emails within 24hrs Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm UK time. Our team are happy to help and will do their best to resolve any queries as quickly as possible. Abusive language in any form will not be tolerated.
If you want to cancel your subscription, the quickest way is always to process this yourself by following the guidance in our cancellation FAQ. However, if you have trouble with this then our team will be happy to help.
