How to Request a Refund at Mob
At Mob, we handle refunds through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and for website purchases (Stripe), directly through our team. If you subscribed on our website and would like to request a refund, please email us at [email protected].
⏳ Refund Timeframe for Apple & Google
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of subscribing. While most requests within this timeframe are approved, decisions are made by Apple and Google, and approval isn’t guaranteed.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, though some are processed more quickly.
💻 Website Refunds via Mob
If you subscribed on the Mob website, via Stripe, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please email [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request, and we’ll do our best to support you.
📱 Requesting a Refund via Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Tap or click "I’d like to", then choose Request a refund
Select your reason, then tap Next
Choose the Mob app or subscription, then hit Submit
You can also cancel your subscription here to avoid future charges.
🤖 Requesting a Refund via Google Play
Visit play.google.com
Click your profile icon (top right)
Select Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history
Find the Mob purchase
Choose Request a refund or Report a problem
Complete the form, mentioning you'd like a refund
You’ll receive a confirmation message and an email with the decision.
❗️What If I'm on an Annual Plan?
Annual plan users are eligible for refunds through Apple or Google if the request is made within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer pro-rated refunds for time remaining after that window.

No worries—after you subscribe, there may be a short delay while your payment is processed. If you're still within the 48-hour window, check again soon. Once the payment settles, you should be able to request the refund.
