Can I Get a Refund for Mob Premium?

Information on our refund policy, how to request one, and how long refunds take.

How to Request a Refund at Mob

The way to request a refund depends where you initially signed up. If you signed up through the app on either the Apple App store or Google Play store, you will need to request a refund directly through them by heading to your app subscriptions, cancelling, and selecting 'request a refund'. (more information including step by step instructions can be found below).

If you signed up on the website then you can reach out to our team at [email protected] if you believe you are owed a refund. Refund eligibility is outlined in our terms and conditions - these are available at all times on our website and at checkout before you start a subscription.


⏳ Refund Timeframe for Apple & Google

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of subscribing. While most requests within this timeframe are approved, decisions are made by Apple and Google in line with their terms and conditions, and approval isn’t guaranteed.

If approved, refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, though some are processed more quickly.


💻 Website Refunds via Mob

If you subscribed on the Mob website, via Stripe, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and in line with eligibility as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please email [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request, and we’ll do our best to support you.

Annual plan users may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 14 days of your annual renewal payment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer pro-rated refunds for time remaining after that window.

📱 Requesting a Refund via Apple

  1. Tap or click "I’d like to", then choose Request a refund

  2. Select your reason, then tap Next

  3. Choose the Mob app or subscription, then hit Submit

You can also cancel your subscription here to avoid future charges.


🤖 Requesting a Refund via Google Play

  1. Click your profile icon (top right)

  2. Select Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history

  3. Find the Mob purchase

  4. Choose Request a refund or Report a problem

  5. Complete the form, mentioning you'd like a refund

You’ll receive a confirmation message and an email with the decision.


❗️What If I'm on an Annual Plan?

Annual plan users who bought on the app may be eligible for refunds through Apple or Google if the request is made within 48 hours of your first renewal payment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer pro-rated refunds for time remaining after that window.

No worries - after you subscribe, there may be a short delay while your payment is processed. If you're still within the 48-hour window, check again soon. Once the payment settles, you should be able to request the refund.
