Your subscription renews automatically
Mob Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You don't need to do anything if you want to keep your subscription active.
Check your renewal date:
You can find your next renewal date in two places:
On the Mob website: Go to Payments & Invoices
On the app: Check your app store subscriptions (App Store for iPhone, Google Play for Android)
Stop automatic renewal
If you don't want to be charged again, you need to cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed:
If you signed up via the Mob website: Cancel in your account settings on the website.
If you signed up via iPhone: Cancel in your App Store subscriptions.
If you signed up via Android: Cancel in your Google Play subscriptions.
Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation processes in time and you're not charged.
