What to do if the app isn’t working or your Premium access isn’t showing.

App not working?

  • Try closing and reopening it

  • Check for app updates

  • Still stuck? Tap "Report a bug" in the app or send us an email

Found a bug?

  • Tap "Report a bug" in the app or email us with details + screenshots

Premium access not showing?

  • Log out and back in using the same method

  • If that doesn’t help, get in touch and please let us know whether you're using the app or the website, what device you're using and what version of the app you have (if you're using the app)
