What to do if you lose access to your premium membership

  • Log out and back in again

    • If you use Apple or Google sign-in please do this manually instead

  • If on the app, check for app updates and make sure you’re using the latest version

  • Make sure you’re using the right email address to sign in (it’ll be the one our emails go to!)
