How to Switch Subscription Plans (Monthly ↔ Annual)

Learn how to switch between monthly and annual plans on both web and app.

How to switch between monthly and annual payments will depend on how you initially bought your subscription. If you're not sure whether you bought on the website or the app, have a look in your app subscriptions. If you can't see Mob there, you signed up on the website.

To switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) on the web:

  1. Head to www.mob.co.uk/account and log in

  2. Navigate to the 'Payments and Invoices' section at the bottom of the account page

  3. Follow the steps to log in and then select 'Update Subscription' to switch your plan between monthly and annual payments

    1. If you switch from monthly to annual, you'll be charged for an annual subscription straight away.

    2. If you switch from annual to monthly payments, the remainder of your annual payment will go towards your monthly payments until this is used up. You will then be charged the standard monthly rate.

To switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) on the app:

  1. Head to your app subscriptions either from the app store or your phone settings

  2. Locate the Mob app in your subscriptions and open it

  3. Select 'see all plans' for IOS or 'manage' then 'update' for Android and choose your preferred payment frequency

  4. Follow the steps to confirm your choice
