To cancel your subscription or free trial:
On the Mob website:
Navigate to the Main Menu by selecting the black circle in the top right hand corner
Click Account Settings
Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription
If you are not able to see this option, you may have either subscribed through the app (follow the instructions below) or have an outstanding payment, in which case you will need to speak to an agent in order to process you request.
⚠ If you subscribed through the app, you must cancel via the App Store or Google Play, not the website.
On the Mob app:
iPhone: App Store → Profile → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions
In order to make sure you don't get charged either at renewal or at the end of a free trial if you don't want to, we recommend that you cancel your subscription at the very least a few hours before the end of the current period, but ideally a minimum of 24hrs before.
